Ordering

How can I order a product?

In our webstore, product prices are shown in euros (€). Prices include VAT 24% and delivery costs.

Add your product to the shopping cart by pressing on the ‘Add to shopping cart’ key on the product page. From the shopping cart you can go straight to the checkout. At the checkout you are kindly requested to enter your details for the order and delivery, and you can also write further information for us regarding your order.

After the payment you will receive an automatic order confirmation to your e-mail. We will also send a separate order confirmation, when your order is being processed in our plant in Muurame. In the latter message you will find a detailed specification of your order, our contacts and the delivery date. Please check the contents of the order confirmation. Should you wish to change, for example, the order or the delivery date, you can contact our customer service by replying to the e-mail.

If the order confirmation from the plant does not reach you, please check the junk mail folder of your inbox.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING

Ordering is subject to the precondition that you fulfil the requirements for ordering and the details provided by you about yourself are correct and accurate. You should be at least 18 years old to order from a webstore.

Any promotional or discount codes are for single use only and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers. Promotional or discount codes are not subject to later compensation.

Companies cannot claim rights arising from the Consumer Protection Act.

Is it necessary to register, if I wish to buy?

Consumers can buy without registration. However, we recommend registration.

Business customers must register in order to purchase from the webstore.

Collector invoice/instalment

Flexibility and freedom of choice
Pay all at once or by instalments, at the pace you choose. An invoice and overdraft facility provide you with further time to pay for the products bought online. With these options you can wait for the arrival of your order, before paying for it. You can pay either all at once against an invoice or by smaller instalments with overdraft, whereby you can pay each month an amount suitable for you, and schedule the payment over a longer period, 36 months at maximum.

Free period of payment with an invoice
A safe and easy way to do business. An invoice always gives you an interest-free payment period of 45 days for your online shopping. Such a long term of payment enables you to check your purchase and return it, if needed, before the term of payment.

If you wish to use the deferred payment option, you need a positive credit decision, which you can apply for easily while making the purchase. You can apply for the decision, if you are at least 18 years old, have a Finnish personal ID-number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. In addition, your credit details will be checked from the register of Bisnode Finland Oy.
This payment method is available for purchases amounting to up to 5000 €.
After you have received the positive credit decision and confirmed your purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase to your e-mail. If you wish to pay the invoice in instalments and schedule the payment over a period more suitable to your needs (from 1 to 36 months), you need to conclude a credit agreement with Collector Bank for an overdraft facility, by logging in to Omat Sivut at the address oma.collector.fi. With the signing of the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit, which will be available to you for later purchases in accordance with credit terms and conditions.
If you have a valid credit agreement, you should pay by the due date only the minimum amount named in the invoice received, but you can also pay a bigger amount, if you wish. After that you will receive an invoice on a monthly basis to your e-mail, until the credit has been repaid in full. You can always repay the credit in a shorter time period by paying instalments in amounts bigger than the minimum amount named in the invoice.

Credit costs and credit example:
The online store of [NAME OF MERCHANT] applies campaign conditions, whereby the interest of the overdraft facility accounts for 19.2% as nominal annual interest and the monthly payment is 2.95 € per month. If the granted credit limit is 1000 € and it has been used in full for purchases made in the online store of [NAME OF MERCHANT] and the credit is repaid in 36 months, the actual annual interest under the applied campaign conditions will account for 28.5%, the total amount of credit costs will be 402 €, repaid total amount 1402 € and the number of instalments 36. Delayed payments are subject to reminder payments and collection fees as well as fines for delay in compliance with law.

How can I use a discount code?

  1.  Start by collecting the products into your Shopping Cart.
  2. Enter the discount code into the discount code field on the Shopping Cart page and click on the ‘Use a coupon’ button.
  3. Check the data, which were updated in your order, and finish the purchase by going to the checkout and paying for the order.

How do we deliver?

We deliver the products ordered from our webstore by parcel post. Our delivery service is provided by Posti Oyj. Posti provides the service in cooperation with DHL and Bring.

In Finland with Posti Domestic parcel service
Home delivery by Posti at the agreed time. You can track the progress of your order with OmaPosti mobile app. The time of delivery is agreed with you. Environmental-friendly delivery with Posti Green service.

Parcels to Europe with Parcel Connect service
Deliveries to home or to a pickup point, depending on the country. Also on Saturdays. You will receive a prior notification and a text message about arrival of the parcel.

International postal parcel (Norway and Switzerland) with Priority service
Depending on the country, the parcel is delivered either to addressee’s address, if a possible import customs clearance has been completed, or to a pickup point in which case you will receive a notification of arrival of the parcel.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver products ordered from the Aicci webstore to Finland and all the countries of the European Union as well as Norway and Switzerland, with the following exceptions:

We do not deliver orders to Åland.

We do not deliver to the following EU areas, where the EU VAT system is not applied: in Germany Büsingen and Helgoland, in Great Britain Guernsey (such as Alderney and Sark, Jersey) and Gibraltar, in Italy Livigno and Campione d’Italia, and in Spain the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We do not deliver to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery to Norway
Local VAT and applicable customs duties are included in the product price of all orders delivered to Norway.

Delivery to Switzerland
Local VAT and applicable customs duties are not included in the product price of any orders delivered to Switzerland. Posti charges taxes and customs duties as well as the delivery fee from the addressee after the delivery.

When will I receive the ordered product?

Our products are manufactured in the order of arrival of orders. The delivery time of individual products may vary and the estimated delivery time of each product is shown on the product page.

How much is the cost of delivery?

Delivery costs are included in the product price, with the following exceptions:

Withdrawal

What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal concerns series-produced standard products bought by a consumer.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly about the withdrawal in 14 days by sending the notification by e-mail to the address info@aicci.fi. The product must be returned without delay not later than in 14 days after receiving the product. The returned product with accessories must be in the sales package, unused and fit for sale.

If you wish to cancel your transaction and to return a product for this reason, always contact our customer service in advance by sending an e-mail to info@aicci.fi.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products, which have been produced to the specifications of the consumer or which have been clearly modified to personal needs. Please note that we produce all Aicci products, such as Aicci T1 tables to the personal needs of the customer, and therefore the consumers’ right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

Warranty

Are Aicci products covered by warranty?

Our products are covered by warranty. The warranty is a further advantage offered by Aicci, the extent varies between products. The warranty period is deemed to start from the day of delivery.
In the Aicci webstore, the warranty period
• for consumers is 2 years and
• for business customers is 3 years.

Can I have my product repaired under warranty?

We conduct warranty repairs to our products.

If a fault is discovered in a product, we always strive first to repair or replace the product, and only after that refund it.
If you wish to return a faulty product or have any questions, always contact our customer service first by sending an e-mail to info@aicci.fi.

Delivery costs for returning a faultless product are born by the customer.

We also deliver spare parts for the repair and service of our products, such as the power supplies and sources of light for Aicci tables.
