Scope
This notice covers AICCI’s marketing, sales, customer service, events, warranty and website services (incl. cookies).

• Identification & contact: name, role/organisation, email, phone, address.
• Customer & transaction: orders, deliveries/returns, invoices, payments, warranties, communications.
• Marketing & events: newsletter subscriptions, preferences/consents/opt‑outs, event registrations (dietary info only with consent).
• Website & analytics: IP address, device/browser data, pages visited, cookie choices (analytics/ads only with consent).

We do not process special categories of data, except voluntary event dietary info with explicit consent.

• Contract & pre‑contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): quotes, orders, deliveries, warranty, customer support.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): accounting, tax, consumer/tax records.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): B2B relationship management, service security, service improvement, limited B2B marketing.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): newsletters, marketing/analytics cookies, event dietary info.

No decisions producing legal effects are made solely by automated means.

We use necessary cookies for site functionality and (with your consent) analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage consent anytime via the cookie banner. If Google Analytics is used, IP anonymisation is enabled. See our Cookie Policy for details (categories, purposes, providers, retention).

Primarily from you (orders, forms, email/phone, events). B2B contact data may also come from business directories/events within legal limits.

We use trusted service providers for: hosting, email/IT, CRM, newsletter/marketing, web analytics & consent management, accounting, logistics/warranty service. They process data under contracts and only as instructed by AICCI. We do not sell data.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to service providers with non‑EU infrastructure), we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards where required. Details are available on request and in the Cookie Policy for web tools.

• Customer & contract data: contract term + 3–6 years (warranty/reclamations).
• Accounting records: 10 years (as required by law).
• Marketing contacts: until consent is withdrawn or 24 months of inactivity.
• Web analytics (if enabled): 14–26 months, per tool settings.

We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

You may access, rectify, erase (where applicable), restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing), and withdraw consent at any time. You may also request data portability for data you provided by consent/contract.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: access control, encryption in transit, logging, backups, confidentiality, and processor agreements. Access is strictly need‑to‑know.
